Merchandise Returns
We want you to love your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied with your order, we’re here to help.

Eligible Items: Apparel and collectibles can be returned for a full refund (excluding postage costs) within 30 days of receiving your order.

Condition Requirements: Items must be unused, in their original condition, and, if applicable, in the original packaging.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, we will provide a replacement free of charge. Please contact us immediately with photos of the issue at support@rehashed.com.au.

Subscription Policy
We offer two types of subscriptions for our video content:

Yearly Subscriptions: If you cancel your yearly subscription, a partial refund will be provided based on the remaining unused portion of your subscription period.

Monthly Subscriptions: Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable. However, you can cancel anytime, and your subscription will not renew for the next billing cycle.

Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item.

For international orders, the same return policy applies, but customers are responsible for any additional shipping or customs fees.
